What types of products do you offer?

Basic Succulents
We offer large 3.5” pots of succulents that are grown at our farm in East Tennessee. These are in plastic pots and are sold in groups of 6. The basic assortment will give you a different species and varieties, picked to show a range of shapes, colors, and textures. These can be any of the over 100 different varieties we grow. You can also choose assortments within different groups or genus of plants. These include crassula, echeveria, and sedums. If you choose one of those groups, you will receive 6 different varieties within that group.

Succulent Combos
Our succulent combos are planted at our farm using succulents we grow. Our talented staff chooses from our huge selection of succulents to combine different colors and textures in unique arrangements. Combos are purposely planted to show different designs and what you receive may not be the exact plants pictured on the website. We plant directly in the decorative container. Most of our pots have a drainage hole.
How does shipping work?

Packaging
Plants ship from our farm in Maryville, Tennessee. Plants are tightly packed in cardboard boxes with a variety of materials to keep them stable in transit. During colder months we add a heat pack to the box to protect the plant from freezing temperatures. This heat pack is $4.95, and that cost is automatically added to your order. Please note that plants sometimes shift in their pots during transit, and you may need to add back some soil that has become displaced. This will not harm the plants.

Speed
We will ship your order within 7 business days. We prefer to ship earlier in the week to make sure plants aren’t in transit over weekends.

What is your refund or return policy?

Refunds/Replacements
If you feel all or part of your order has arrived damaged, please be sure to follow the steps below to apply for a refund or replacement. Once we have received all the requested information, we will review your case withing 48 hours. If we approve a refund or replacement, we will notify you by email.
Within 24 hours or receipt of your plants, please email 2 photos of the damaged plant or pot as well as a photo of the shipping box to orders@plantedbypopes.com. Include your order number in your email.
We do not accept physical returns of plants.
We are not responsible for packages returned to us by the carrier due to incorrect or incomplete address or delivery information.
